- Software Engineer – Database Management (5 employees)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s databases.
- Develop and implement database solutions to optimize performance and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy database solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to database management.
Requirements:
- BE/B. Tech/ MCA
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in database management.
- Strong knowledge of database systems, such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Proficiency in SQL programming and database query optimization.
- Familiarity with database security, backup, and recovery.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SEO Expert (2 employees)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company’s website visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO.
- Proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Benefits for Software Engineer and SEO Experts:
- Monthly payment: 40,000 Rupees.
- Additional benefits and incentives based on performance.
